We ship worldwide. The processing time is anywhere from 2-10 days. All items are shipped by registered mail through Lietuvos Paštas. Items are shipped from EU. International buyers should note that you, the buyer, are responsible for import duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us (email@example.com) within 5 days of receipt. Please note, all goods should be unworn and in perfect condition, in the original undamaged packaging and include a product card.
If item has a defect or doesn't match a description, we will kindly ask to return it for an inspection. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, we will issue a full refund and will cover the expense of sending it back to us.
If you would like to change the size of product, you will have to cover the expense of sending it back to us as well as the expense of sending you the replacement product.
